1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and WhatsApp text with tracking information. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@snoozoff.ae so we can resolve the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
6. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address for your order.
